Picking out a Halloween costume each year is so much fun! Since Halloween is one of our favorite holidays, we usually start costume shopping pretty early.  This year, Kinsley decided that she wanted to be Tinkerbell! I couldn’t pass up this LED Disney Tinkerbell Inspired Lined Tutu Dress with LED Wings by LD Tutus! This handmade tutu dress was stunning, and the fact that it had LED lights made it even more magical! I ordered my daughter, Kinsley, a 2t-5t dress and received it less than a week later! I was blown away at the quality of this little tutu dress. Not only was the dress is triple layered for extra puff, but it had a lined top for extra comfort. In the past, we have had to put a t-shirt on my daughter under the top because tutu dresses tend to be a bit itchy on bare skin. They also tend to be a bit see through if stretched too much.  I thought this was an AWESOME detail! When my daughter spotted the costume, she couldn’t wait to try it on.  Not only did it fit like a charm with extra growing room, but the bow in the back was adjustable! This can easily fit her for years to come! As my daughter twirled around the house in her dress, I told her that it had a hidden secret. I reached under the dress (sewn in near the back tag) and turned on the LED lights for the dress, then turned on the LED wings. Kinsley couldn’t believe her eyes! Lined throught the dress, the LED lights were spread out perfectly giving every part of the tutu a bit of green glow! Not only did this make the dress extra adorable, but it will come in super handy when we go trick-or-treating! I am so impressed with LD Tutus, and can’t wait to see what new designs they release next year! We have officially become loyal fans!

PLEASE NOTE that  LD Tutus is no longer accepting orders for the 2017 Halloween season.
