Pen Pals 4 Me: Welcome Box

The Pen Pals 4 Me subscription box is such a unique and fun children’s box. Twice a month, your child’s pen pal will send them a letter along with a box filled with activities. To sign up you simply pick a program (preschool, amazing authors, or junior journalists), pick a pen pal (Mimi, Dominic, Liam, Emma, Olivia, or Harper), enter your child’s name, and choose a plan (3 months for $44.85, 6 months for $83.70, or 12 months for $155.40). Since Nathaniel is in kindergarten, I chose the preschool option for him. The preschool option is great for children who are just learning how to read and write. The content is age-appropriate and offers fantastic worksheets targeted at his grade level. Since Nathaniel chose Dominic as his pen pal, each month he will receive two letters from Dominic. Before we started receiving monthly letters, Pen Pals 4 Me sent us a welcome box. In Nathaniel’s welcome box he received a letter from his pal, a coloring sheet, markers, an art card, writing paper, a return postcard, a purple pen, a trading card, an activity worksheet, cloud activity, reward card, challenge card,  and a sticker sheet. I thought the welcome box was very well put together. Not only did he have a bunch of fun activities, but the box provided him with the tools he needed to complete those activities. He had so much fun writing his letter and I can’t wait to see his face light up when Dominic responds! Such a great way to encourage early writing skills!
