I was super excited to make these brownie popsicles from Foodstirs with my family! Our Foodstirs kit included brownie mix, glaze mix, sprinkles, popsicle sticks, step-by-step directions, and a fun facts card. The recipe was fairly simple and did not require me to purchase anything extra. All it called for was water, eggs, and oil which I already had in my home. Since everything was fairly easy, I let the kids do most of the steps (except for the baking and cutting). They had lots of fun mixing the brownies and pouring them into the baking pan. After I baked the brownies, I cut them into small pieces and let them cool. The kids then inserted their popsicle sticks, layered them in glaze, and topped them off with sprinkles. The instructions did not call for this, but I did pop them in the icebox for a few minutes to let the glaze set faster. These little brownies were delicious! They had a fudge texture so they were nice and thick. Even the adults were asking for more! I knew these would be such a hit with the kids! Not only were they delicious, but they were perfect for a little summer craft project!
